A design proposal for Etisalat Retail Kiosk. The client requested a unique kiosk that would express Etisalat futuristic spirit and their position as one of the leading Telecom Service Providers in Egypt.

Amer group requested a design proposal for their showroom at Porto Sokhna, in Al Ain el-Sokhna. Porto Sokhna is Egypt’s first-ever mountain-top resort and golf course. The 2.5 million square meter resort rises 270 meters above sea level and stretches down to the warm waters of the Red Sea, Amer Group’s most ambitious residential development up to date.
The showroom is a total area of 228 m², and the client brief requested that it would be colorful, inviting and refelcting Amer philosophy of developing real estate “with value”, for the people and to offer an enjoyable and joyful lifestyle for it’s clients.
The design was carried out mostly using the color red which became Amer’s Hallmark through the years.

The Final Design for the Exhibition Stand of Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) Holding at Next Move 2009, Egypt’s prime Real estate Show. Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) is the leading community real estate developer in Egypt, with a land bank of 50 million square meters. The group has a strong track record of over 37 years in the housing and real-estate development industry, having developed 8.5 million sqm of land so far. TMG’s vision is “community development” through establishing self-sustained residential city and community complexes for the upper and middle classes. Amongst the group’s largest and most prominent development projects are Al Rehab City, “Madinaty” project and Al Rabwa I & II in Six of October City.
The booth area was 816 m², and was designed to express TMG Market position, as a first class Real estate developer, with a futuristic vision, yet with strong heritage and National roots. The use of black and white was to express modernity, coupled with steel frames to accentuate strength, and strong horizontal and vertical lines to underline continuity. Read more…

The Final Design for the Exhibition Stand of Speranza Autos at AUTOMECH: Akhbar Al Yom Car Show 2009. Speranza, a franchise of Chery Automobile Co. Ltd, is a Chinese Car Brand, introduced by Aboul Fotouh Group to the Egyptian market. Speranza strongly proved itself as a competitor in the Egyptian Market.
The Booth area was 887 m², and was designed to express Speranza Market position as a competitive car brand with a wide range of models catering for most of the Egyptian Market, while expressing Speranza’s futuristic technology that offers the best performance, and slick modern designs. Read more…

A design for a multipurpose, multi-use kiosk for Etisalat Egypt to use in their on-ground activations.
The booth was designed on a 2×2 m module, which allows for expansion. One of the main design considerations which Z line tried to achieve was that the kiosk would be easily installed and dismantled.

Palm Hills Development (PHD) requested a design proposal for a 320 m² exhibition stand in Next Move Real Estate Show in Egypt, in 2009.
PHD required that the booth would express Palm Hills stature as a market leader, and lead developer in Egypt’s real estate scene.
The design implied a water stream that cuts the booth diagonally, the use of overlapping levels, greenery and wall screen systems, set in an ultra modern design setting, to achieve the desired image. Read more…

Salgari, a Furniture retailer requested a design for their new 90 m² showroom. The main design issue was the compactness of the space in relation to the amount of furniture showcased, which we tried to solve by not including full furniture sets, and enclosing the showrooms terrace to maximize the showcase area.
