The Final Design for the Exhibition Stand of Damac Properties Real Estate Developer at Next Move 2008 Real estate Show in Egypt. The client brief requested a welcoming booth setting that would express Damac’s Leading position in the Real estate market of the Middle East region, and to stress on Damac’s Futuristic, cutting edge, state-of-the-art approach to real estate development.
The Booth area was over 760 m² while the footprint of the cube structure alone was 120 m².
Design inspirations included: Sand Dunes formations in the Arabian Peninsula & Organic cell formations.
KIA Motors Family day part of “Kia on Tour 2010” was an event for KIA Egypt employees and top clients and their families. the Egyptian International trading & agencies company (EIT) -Kia’s sole agent in Egypt– requested a design proposal for the event venue, display stands the full Kia range of car models, registration desks and other event elements.

A design proposal for the launch event and permanent exhibition venue of Cairo 2050. In 2010 the Egyptian government announced an ambitious multiphase urban planning and development project under the name of“Cairo 2050 vision”, a project that was supposedly going to solve the urban problems of the Egyptian capital, and reshape Cairo into a modern eco-friendly metropolitan city by the year 2050. The launch for Cairo 2050 Vision was to be through a mega launch event and permanent exhibition venue.
This design proposal was to develop an outdoor location to become the permanent expo forCairo 2050 Project. The expo was to be divided into 3 areas, first is an Entrance foyer area, followed by an outdoor promenade housing the 5 pavilions, each showcasing a segment of the Cairo 2050 planning project, ending with a mega exhibition area showcasing the full 1:1000 model of the Cairo 2050 planning project.
The design proposal for the event and exhibition area used inspirations from the urban fabric of Cairo, the timeline of the history and civilization of Egypt and the Architecture of the ultra-modern Cairo 2050 Planning project.
Celebrating their 125th, Coca Cola launched a nation wide festival under the slogan “Open Happiness”. This design proposal is for a kiosk to be located at various hot spots in Cairo, during the on ground activation and festival.

It is composed of 6 of gates signifying the timeline of Coca Cola’s journey over the 125 years (one for each 25 years), ending with the festival main venue where a stage holds design elements from all the 125 years, and is supposed to house a musical festival and various entertainment shows which relate to the over all “Open Happiness” theme.
A design proposal of a mobile product activation scheme, to launch Adidas’ 2010 FIFA World cup products, sport wear & sport ware, including the Official World Cup ball “Jabulani”.
The activation consists of LCD stands to be spread all over Egypt Malls and Sport Clubs, and 2 mobile displays for the Ball and products.
A design proposal for the BMW 5 Series launch event in Egypt, 2009, designed by Mohamed M. Radwan, under Lead Marketing Solutions. The Design consists of a circular outdoor venue, accessed via a BMW History tunnel.
The History tunnel consists of 20 repetitive square frames which rotate 4.5 degrees each time, each frame symbolizes a landmark in BMW History, offering a timeline of BMW achievements. the frames are spanned by glass and stretch fabric which rotates with the frames, and offers a slow reveal of the venue as the guest progresses through the History tunnel.
The event venue itself is carried out on 3 zones, each on a different level, to offer maximum visibility of the stage area, where the 5 Series will be revealed. The 3 zones are: High tables Zone, Seating area, and VIP lounges.

The Design consists of 20 repetitive square frames which rotate 2.5 degrees each time, offering a play of solid & void, and using light to offer a pre-reveal glimpse of the 5 series.

Egypt’s leading real estate developer Emaar Misr requested a design for a launch event for Marassi’s Greek Village. Marassi is Emaar’s world class beach resort development, and the event was to take place in Marassi’s Beach Clubhouse area.
The event brief requested the design of a premium A class launch event, for 1,200 invitees launch event with an overall area of +5,000 m². The brief required that the event would be fashioned after Greek’s distinctive Cycladic coastal city “Santorini“, following Emaar’s vision “Truly somewhere Else”. Read more…
