Design: Peugeot Show room
The final proposal for Peugeot Showroom in Misr el Gedidah. The showroom was designed to extend the hallmark image of Peugeot global brand spirit “Motion & Emotion”.
The showroom is of a total area of area was 608 m², and was designed to maximize the showcase area, while maintaining a neat, minimal outlook. The design of the stand seeks to emphasis the clean, sleek and contemporary image of the french auto maker.
Red Bull Egypt Head Quarters
Red Bull Egypt requested a design for their new Head Quarters in New Cairo. The Energy Beverage Brand requested a design that reflects their Brand Philosophy and Spirit.
We aimed to reflect Red Bull’s energetic youthful image in our design. We wanted to design a space that would encourage interaction between employees while encapsulating the values of the brand.
Red Bull prides itself in the vast array of adrenalin sports it is actively involved in, underpinned by its slogan: ‘stimulate body and mind’. We worked with them before on their two X-Fighters events in Egypt. Hence, our central design idea evolved from this – an environment that would stimulate employees and users, and that would express the energy and excitement associated with the brand.
Design: State Plaza Entrance Lobby
The design proposal of “State Plaza” Entrance and lobby area. The owners of State Plaza, a new Office Building in New Cairo’s Business district, required a design for proposal the building’s Entrance and lobby area. The lobby is almost of a total area of 180 m², and the design program includes a front desk, a lounge area and other services.
The owners wanted to stress the uniqueness of State Plaza, in providing premium office space & state of the art technology, to offer the best and most productive working environment. The owner also wanted to express the building’s identity. Read more…
Design: Amer Showroom at Porto Sokhna
Amer group requested a design proposal for their showroom at Porto Sokhna, in Al Ain el-Sokhna. Porto Sokhna is Egypt’s first-ever mountain-top resort and golf course. The 2.5 million square meter resort rises 270 meters above sea level and stretches down to the warm waters of the Red Sea, Amer Group’s most ambitious residential development up to date.
The showroom is a total area of 228 m², and the client brief requested that it would be colorful, inviting and refelcting Amer philosophy of developing real estate “with value”, for the people and to offer an enjoyable and joyful lifestyle for it’s clients.
The design was carried out mostly using the color red which became Amer’s Hallmark through the years.
BMW & MINI Sales & Service Center in Marina, North Coast
The design of Bavarian Auto’s Service Center at Marina, North Coast. Bavarian Auto Group is the sole importer of BMW and MINI in Egypt, with exclusive rights for import, assembly, distribution, sales and after-sales support of BMW products in Egypt. BAG is also the sole retailer of two other brands which are the Chinese “Brilliance” and the Indian “Mahindra“. Read more…

Palm Hills Development (PHD) requested a design proposal for their Head quarters located in Zamalek, Cairo. The Office facility is composed of an outdoor area of 220 m² and indoor office space & showroom of a total area 216 m².
PHD required that the outdoor area and indoor area designs would complement each other, and express PHD standing as one of the leading real estate developers in Egypt. Read more…

Design: LINKdotNET Store in Misr al Gedidah
This is the final design proposal for LINKdotNET store in Misr al Gedidah, el Thawra st. LINKdotNET is Egypt’s dominant ISP (Internet Solutions Provider), serving the Egyptian and Middle Eastern Internet markets with offices in Egypt, UAE and the KSA.
The store area is 330 m², housing a client services area, bill collection area, technical support are as well as LINKdotNET offices. The design was executed and was open to public in 2008, and the design proved successful to the extent that LINKdotNET adopted the design as part of its corporate identity, which they applied to many other stores in Cairo, most recently: LINKdotNET store in Maadi. 2005: The Building of Infusion: Opera sq. Business center
A 2005 design proposal for upgrading Opera sq. in Downtown Cairo area.
“A new core, for the “Planet of Cairo”, to infuse it with new Energy”
The development scheme included creating an underground subway station, a 5 stars international hotel, a High rise Business Center, A premium Shopping mall, and a 360 IMAX theater, with adequate underground parking spaces, landscape and recreational facilities. The main criteria of the project was that it should to act as a new landmark for the Downtown area and initiate development there.
The concept of the design draws on Gravity, Layering, Central orbital forces, Connectivity, Organic morphing and Spirituality.
2005: Magenta: El-Shorouk Development center
A 2005 design proposal for upgrading El-Shorouk new city, north west of Cairo.
“Experimentations in Motion & Distortion.”
The development scheme included creating a mass transport high speed train station, a High rise Business Center, Shopping promenade, and a Hyper market with adequate underground parking spaces, landscape and recreational facilities. The main criteria of the project was that it should to act as a landmark and gateway to El-Shorouk new city, and shape a unique identity for the city.
The concept of the design draws on magnetism, and the introduction of a fast moving object into a magnetic field.
