The Final Design for Speranza Autos’ main showroom in Maadi. Speranza, a franchise of Chery Automobile Co. Ltd, is a Chinese Car Brand, introduced by Aboul Fotouh Group to the Egyptian market. Speranza strongly proved itself as a competitor in the Egyptian Market.
The showroom area is 300 m², and was designed to express Speranza Market position as a competitive car brand with a wide range of models catering for most of the Egyptian Market, while expressing Speranza’s futuristic technology that offers the best performance, and slick modern designs. Read more…
The final design proposal for the Purification Masjid – مسجد النقاء in 6th of October city.
The design concept statement is: Minimalism as an architectural translation of spiritualism
The design utilizes the use of spacious white spaces and uses the play of direct & indirect light to attain the spirituality and piety of prayers.
The design is carried out in linear longitudinal lines to accentuate the spiritual importance of the Qibla and achieve a direct visual connection between the Qibla’s horizontal axis (towards Mekka) and vertical axis (towards heaven).
The Vertical lines of the design are prominent, to create a strong visual link with heaven and give a sense of aspiring heavenwards, furthermore, above the qibla, a skyline is present to achieve this visual link.
The final design proposal for “W” cafe in Alexandria. The client requested a Classic elegant yet modern design scheme for the 260 msq. cafe.

The main design issue was the compactness of the space in relation to the amount of furniture showcased, which we tried to solve by not including full furniture sets, and enclosing the showrooms terrace to maximize the showcase area. This is the preliminary design for Maktabty, a Bookstore Cafe owned by Jawad Nablusi, it was proposed to be done at Sequoia Nile Lounge, Zamalek.
The design concept was carried out in a semi-vernacular approach, relying heavily on wood, stone and comfortable linen covered couches, to maintain a cozy outdoor setting, with privacy and shielded from the busy Sequoia lounge area, to facilitate reading and concentration. Read more…

A design proposal for the launch event and permanent exhibition venue of Cairo 2050. In 2010 the Egyptian government announced an ambitious multiphase urban planning and development project under the name of“Cairo 2050 vision”, a project that was supposedly going to solve the urban problems of the Egyptian capital, and reshape Cairo into a modern eco-friendly metropolitan city by the year 2050. The launch for Cairo 2050 Vision was to be through a mega launch event and permanent exhibition venue.
This design proposal was to develop an outdoor location to become the permanent expo forCairo 2050 Project. The expo was to be divided into 3 areas, first is an Entrance foyer area, followed by an outdoor promenade housing the 5 pavilions, each showcasing a segment of the Cairo 2050 planning project, ending with a mega exhibition area showcasing the full 1:1000 model of the Cairo 2050 planning project.
The design proposal for the event and exhibition area used inspirations from the urban fabric of Cairo, the timeline of the history and civilization of Egypt and the Architecture of the ultra-modern Cairo 2050 Planning project.
