TMG Exhibition Stand at Next Move 2009
The Final Design for the Exhibition Stand of Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) Holding at Next Move 2009 (now Cityscape Egypt), Egypt’s prime Real estate Show. Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) is the leading community real estate developer in Egypt, with a land bank of 50 million square meters. The group has a strong track record of over 37 years in the housing and real-estate development industry, having developed 8.5 million sqm of land so far. TMG’s vision is “community development” through establishing self-sustained residential city and community complexes for the upper and middle classes. Amongst the group’s largest and most prominent development projects are Al Rehab City, “Madinaty” project and Al Rabwa I & II in Six of October City.
The booth area was 816 m², and was designed to express TMG Market position, as a first class Real estate developer, with a futuristic vision, yet with strong heritage and National roots. The use of black and white was to express modernity, coupled with steel frames to accentuate strength, and strong horizontal and vertical lines to underline continuity.
