Qatari Real Estate Developer “Barwa“, requested a design proposal for their exhibition stand in Next Move Real Estate Show 2009 (now Cityscape Egypt). Barwa’s location was a 504 m² Island, and the client requested the design to be futuristic to reflect the group’s modernity and aspirations, yet they stressed that the design welcoming to express Barwa “Client” oriented business approach.

Z line design proposal featured a central space to show case Barwa projects, surrounded by two lounge area on the left and right, and overlapping floor levels, utilizing landscape and greenery to create an inviting experience.
